Ring & DuChateau provided multi-discipline systems design for this renovation of a three-story historic building. The renovated facility features 34 guest rooms on two floors of the 1923 building, two suites, conference space, a fitness center and rooftop meeting space with an outdoor terrace. A café and retail space are also part of the renovation.
