Ring & DuChateau provided multi-discipline systems design for several Monona Grove School District referendum projects, including a new school for grades 3-5. The new two-story facility features a ground source geo-exchange system to provide heating for the entire building. The system includes a ground source heat exchanger, variable flow pumping, associated hydronic specialties and individual terminal heat pumps serving each classroom and auxiliary spaces. Dedicated outdoor air system units provide code required outdoor air. The gym is served with two indoor AHUs.
